共产党和工人党的联合声明——互联网时代国际共产主义运动的聚力表达Joint Statement of the Communist Parties and the Workers Parties: A Convergent Expression of International Communism in the Internet Era

摘要(Abstract)：
在互联网时代,联合声明成为世界共产党和工人党就国际形势发展变化和国际共运重大理论和实践问题而聚力发声的重要形式。联合声明内容广泛,涉及共产党和工人党对国际共产主义运动重大事件和理论、资本主义危机、机会主义和修正主义以及国际共运联合等的认识和主张。联合声明有四个显著特征:国际会议平台是联合声明的主要载体;联合声明内容丰富,议题化趋势明显;遵循平等和自愿的签署原则;互联网时代促使共产党和工人党的线上和线下的联合化行动有所增强等。近年来在多种因素的共同作用下,联合声明成为彰显马克思主义和无产阶级国际主义精神的重要方式,正在推动国际共运的发展中发挥着重要作用。同时,也存在联合化的探索陷于低效困境,日渐议题化和碎片化的联合声明,要发挥更大的现实作用,仍然面临众多挑战。
